Refund Policy
- In the event of cancellation of your booking, bairagiTaxi Service shall be issuing a refund of the entire amount paid to us in advance for the given booking
- To request a refund, simply drop us an email with your booking details. Please include your Booking ID (sent to you via SMS and email after booking).
- Optionally, please let us know why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our offering and quality of service.
- Refunds are usually initiated within 48 hours from the date of request and is limited to the amount paid to us in advance for the given booking.
